Worst food I have ever had here. Ribs were tough and fatty. Disappointed and won't order that again.

Honest first time visit review. I'm from out of town an was looking for some good down home barbecue to take back home with me.I had high hopes considering RS BBQ was recommended to me by a friend & local.Upon arrival the place looked like it was gonna be great Que; I tasted the sauces before ordering so I knew what to get, even bought bottles of my favorites. Staff were all friendly and helpful too.Got home.My husband's Prime Rib was spot on amazing!The ribs?Let me just start by saying, PLEASE remind your pitmaster's to remove the silver skin before seasoning & cooking! Maybe that would've allowed them to cook long enough to become fall off the bone tender. Unfortunately mine were fairly chewy, big letdown for me since that was my order. :(The baked beans were good, but you might try hiring a true southern Baptist to season your greens as they were lacking flavor.Respectfully, go try the greens at Mayslick Dinner Bell in Mayslick, Kentucky. Follow them on FB to see what day they're available to order as they rotate daily specials. If you can get even close to those greens and tweek your pit bosses, you'll be unstoppable!!I'm sure this must be an off day with all the positive reviews; hopefully my next visit will attest to that.
